Members Tour and Preview: Spring Exhibitions

On Friday, March 17, join us for a special members preview tour of Aura Rosenberg: What Is Psychedelic, led by the artist alongside exhibition curator Alaina Claire Feldman. Participants will additionally have preview access to Tin Drum: Medusa.

What is Psychedelic, co-presented by Mishkin Gallery and Pioneer Works, marks the first institutional survey of New York-born artist Aura Rosenberg. The exhibition spans the artist’s five-decade career, from early paintings of the 1970s to more recent endeavors in photography, film, sculpture, and installation.

Medusa is a mixed reality experience developed by Tin Drum in collaboration with architect Sou Fujimoto and directed by Yoyo Munk. The installation employs AR headsets to explore contrasts between individual and collective ways of being, and between non-human and human-made architectures.

The members' preview will precede the public exhibitions' opening reception the same evening from 7-9 pm.

This event is open to Pioneer Works members of all levels. Become a member today to support interdisciplinary creation and discover more intimate access to Pioneer Works.
